NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION STATUS

In the Name of Jesus Ministries has received approval from the State of California under license #2209137  to operate as a non-profit religious corporation under the Section 23701d of the California Corporation Law.

In the Name of Jesus Ministries has received Federal approval as a non-profit religious corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to this organization are tax-deductible under the section 170 (c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code. 

CONTRIBUTIONS YOU CAN DEDUCT:

Generally, you can deduct your contributions of money or property that you make to this organization.
If you are a corporation you can make contributions of up to 10% of your annual taxable income.
If you are an individual you can make contributions, of up to 50% of your adjusted gross income for the year.
You may make donations of personal properties (such as real estate, wills, transportation, and computers).
Since we do not have a warehouse, NO contributions of material goods, such as food, clothing, medicine, etc, will be accepted, except when solicited by this organization for direct drop shipment to other locations. Unauthorized shipments will be turned back at shipper’s expense.

BENEFACTORS:
All offerings in the United States are tax deductible.

All funds available for evangelism and missions programs are donated by benefactors like yourself. As many of our donors knows, international travel is very expensive. When you entrust us with your contribution, rest assured that it will be assigned to the programs you have designated, and will reflect on your year end donation's statement that will be sent to you during the month of January. Note that statements will be issued only to donations exceeding $100.00 dollars a year. Please make sure your name and address are current in our database for mailing your annual donations statement.
